Card Payment Direct Reports Results for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2012

Card Payment Direct, a Scottsdale-based provider of merchant services and electronic payment processing, today announced its preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter of 2012. When comparing the fourth quarter of 2012 (ending December 31, 2012) to the fourth quarter of 2011 (ending December 31, 2011), new merchant acquisition decreased by 27.9%, while total transaction volume increased by 281.2% and Company revenue increased by 67.1%.

For the full year of 2012 (ending December31, 2012), the Company’s new merchant acquisition increased by 52.1% and total Company revenue increased by 156.1% as compared to the same twelve month period of 2011 (ending December 31, 2011).

Card Payment Direct Makes a Corporate Donation to the Wildlife Conservation Society

Card Payment Direct is pleased to announce its recent corporate donation on behalf of all its employees and outside Independent Sales Agents to The Wildlife Conservation Society. The donation will go to WCS conservationists working to save some of Earth’s most spectacular and imperiled wildlife.

Card Payment Direct announced a generous corporate donation on behalf of all its employees and outside Independent Sales Agents nationwide to the Habitat for Humanity. The donation to Habitat for Humanity will be used to help rebuild homes, neighborhoods & communities suffering from the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Hurricane Sandy has left widespread damage along the East Coast, including the destruction of homes and neighborhoods by wind, flooding and fire. Habitat for Humanity is currently assessing the impact on affordable housing across the affected areas and will develop an appropriate response as need and available resources become clearer.

Card Payment Direct, a Scottsdale-based provider of merchant services and electronic payment processing, today announced significant sales & revenue growth in the Third Quarter of 2012. When comparing the Third Quarter of 2012 (ending September 30th 2012) to the Second Quarter of 2012 (ending June 30th, 2012), new merchant acquisition grew by 13.6%, total transaction volume increased by 17.9% while company revenue decreased slightly by 6.1% due to a scheduled amendment in its income & pricing structure that took effect on July 1st, 2012 as well as a reduction in debit interchange fees.
